This is an editorial selection without numerical ratings. Flexliving is presented first under our declared editorial order. That position is not a customer satisfaction ranking and does not mean that its offer will suit every landlord.

Providers to consider
Flexliving
Flexliving is a strong shortlist candidate for a Paris landlord seeking furnished rentals for business stays. Its offer combines direct marketing to corporate clients with professional photography, inventories, a dedicated account manager and coordination of maintenance, linen and cleaning. It also advertises 24/7 availability when a tenant has a problem. The stated commission is 20% of monthly rent, described as all-inclusive for this service package. These concrete services make it worth comparing with offers that separate management and operational support into different options.
Consider this option for an apartment intended for professional mobility. Review the proposed lease, payment obligations and handback process before judging the offer. Read our review of Flexliving in French.
Lodgis
Its furnished management packages make it relevant to a discussion about the level of delegation you need. Request the package that includes the tasks you actually want handled. Read our review of Lodgis in French.
Paris Attitude
Consider a proposal for a furnished apartment in Paris or nearby suburbs, with your availability dates and operational requirements clearly stated. Read our review of Paris Attitude in French.
Matera
Ask how management and additional owner services are separated in the proposal. Check which tasks are included and which require a separate purchase. Read our review of Matera in French.
Manda
Ask how your contact tracks incidents and arranges work at the property. Digital access is useful when it is supported by a practical process. Read our review of Manda in French.
Oqoro
Review the proposed scope for your apartment or portfolio, including reporting and intervention tracking. Read our review of Oqoro in French.
What matters for a furnished apartment
An inventory is essential to the practical management of the property. Ask how furniture and appliances are checked at arrival and departure, where photographs are stored and who authorises replacements. A broken washing machine needs an operational response, not just an entry in an online account.
The tenancy arrangement must fit the actual use. Furnished accommodation describes the equipment; it does not determine the legal duration by itself. A main-home tenancy, a qualifying mobility tenancy and a company arrangement must be distinguished.
In Paris, ask how the proposed rent is checked against the rules applicable to the tenancy. A commercially attractive estimate is not a substitute for that verification. The fact that a property contains furniture does not justify any additional amount the owner wishes to charge.
Request three comparable proposals
Send the same property description, inventory and availability to each provider. Ask for letting fees, recurring management fees, optional cover, maintenance costs and termination conditions. Include a change of tenant and an appliance breakdown in your example so that you can compare how each service would respond.
Think about your return date if the apartment is also your home. Tell the provider before tenant selection begins. Your preferred date does not override the tenancy rules or the occupant’s rights.
Our property management agency comparison provides a broader selection in French. The Paris management guide covers local considerations, and the furnished property management guide discusses day-to-day organisation, also in French.
Questions fréquentes
Is the cheapest agency the best choice
Not necessarily. Compare the full annual cost for the same services, including tenant changes and additional work.
Should I choose a furnished rental specialist
Experience with furnished properties is useful. Ask for concrete processes covering inventories, equipment and the appropriate tenancy agreement.
Can I rent for a few months and move back immediately
Your calendar must fit the applicable tenancy and notice rules. A planned return date does not automatically end the occupant’s rights.
